How do I delete my account?

Open the Alto app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the dialog and your account plus all associated data is removed from our servers within 30 days. If you can't reach the in-app option, email privacy@alto.golf and we'll do it for you.

Does Alto handle money?

No. Alto is a scoring app — stake amounts shown in the recap are display-only totals so your group can settle in person. We never process, transfer, hold, or link to any payment service for round outcomes.

How do I sign in?

Alto supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. We do not request access to anything beyond your name and email. You can revoke either at any time from your Apple ID or Google Account settings.

My round didn't sync — what now?

Alto records scores locally first and syncs when you have a connection. If a round still hasn't synced after you're back online, force-quit and relaunch the app. If that doesn't fix it, email support@alto.golf with your account email and the round date — we can help recover it.
