4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including round data, scores, and comments. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

6. No Real-Money Gambling
Alto is a social golf scoring and format tracking application. Side bets, skins, and wagers displayed within the Service are for entertainment and scorekeeping purposes only.
Alto does not facilitate, process, or intermediate real-money gambling, wagering, or betting transactions. No money, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value is exchanged through the Service. Users are solely responsible for any separate, private arrangements they make outside the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
